Welcome to yoga essence by Dali, where my focus is on keeping the essence of  hatha and asthanga yoga very simple yet highly effective. Whilst assisting, supervising and supporting the individual through every detail and each level of the poses, he/she is also realising their potential, increasing flexibility and thus boosting physical and mental well being overall. It actually is as simple as it sounds, to start at a manageable pace and pick up as you go along and entirely in your own pace.

We are all beautiful and unique beings and so are our requirements. This is the reason of my focus being on the individual, it is a very rewarding experience for the teacher  to witness the student enhance in their yoga practice.

We will create your own yoga routine with my expert supervision, whatever your level of fitness, together we will design the yoga practice which is easy to remember, so that you will confidently be practicing it home on a regular basis.

Where and when the yoga practice takes place is of immese importance, in Puerto de la Cruz, there are the most stunningly beautiful places (see photos in gallery)  which make the yoga practice even more beneficial, beautiful and unique. You create the atmosphere in your own space, even in the corner of a room where the mat fits, if it’s light and well aired, a yoga session can take place.

Yoga essence class for beginners:
Focus on the breath / pranyama – 15 minutes
Postures / asayanas at a slow and easy to follow pace – 50 to 60 minutes
Relaxation / shavasana – 15 to 20 minutes

Yoga essence for intermediate practitioners:
Focus on the breath / pranayama – 10 to 15 minutes
Postures / asayanas with sun salutation warm up, followed by a steady flow of various postures, according to the individuals requirements – 60 to 70 minutes
Relaxation / shavasana – 10 to 15 minutes

Yoga essence for advanced practitioners:
Focus on the breath / pranayama – 10 to 15 minutes
Postures / asayanas the sun salutations are practiced swiftly and at an advanced level, according to the individuals requirements – 60 to 70 minutes
Relaxation / shavasana – 10 to 15 minutes

Prices:
There is no point in setting the same price list for everyone as each individuals requirements are different, the question of price begins with;
· where is the class taking place
· how much time to travel and expense is involved for me
· how many classes are required
· how many participants there are
· how much in advance the booking takes place
